Shipping Times?

Shipping varies on the number of items purchased and if any of them are custom. Please allow for 5-11 business days (Monday-Friday) for shipping updates.

International shipping?

We do ship internationally! Check to see if your country is available by adding items to your cart or reaching out to us directly!

Damaged shipping box?

If your item is damaged during shipping, please reach out to us immediately. All orders have insurance up to $100 via USPS, so we will have to file a charge with them. Once the charge has been accepted, we can either replace your items or offer a refund.

Cup care

All of our items are made with love by hand, so please handle with care! We do not recommend soaking, dishwashing or microwaving any of your items. If you have questions about an item, please ask!

How do customs work?

Check out with the item you want customized (glass can, mug, mega mug, etc). Please provide as much information about what you are looking for in the notes box. You can always email a picture of what you are looking for and we will let you know what we can do. We will mock up your design and send you a picture. You can then edit your design or suggest any changes. Once we agree on the design, we will make your item and get it shipped out! The customization process can take up to 14 business days, depending on demand.


Due to the size of our small business, we cannot accept returns on any items. Please consider this before checking out!
